• Execute business strategies across healthcare categories, sectors, and sales channels.
• Support sales operations, market strategy, and planning activities.
• Work with sales teams to deliver NOS and share growth.
• Support the implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on defined tasks or segments within a brand, channel, category, or organizational team.
• Collaborate and build networks within the immediate team and work domain.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles in a healthcare or FMCG company.
• Prior experience in sales operations and market strategy planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and making operational decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
