Location: Onsite in Beloit, Wisconsin; regional operations office in Plainfield, Illinois, with temporary assignment to project sites

Salary: USD $125,114–$162,647 annually

What you will do

• Direct site supervision and coordinate labor, tools, equipment, site services, housing, and transportation.
• Lead construction operations and support functions including field management, quality, safety, procurement, engineering, human resources, and facility turnover.
• Provide constructability input, develop construction organization plans, and ensure teams follow the Project Execution Plan.
• Control project cost, schedule, progress, productivity, scope changes, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, contractors, production craft, and clients to meet contractual requirements.
• Delegate responsibilities, develop subordinate personnel, and oversee performance evaluations.

Requirements

• 20+ years of construction experience, including 10+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent general construction experience.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards, including OSHA, API, ASME, AWWA, and NCCCR.
• Knowledge of welding codes, standards, processes, and equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to manage complex environments, tight deadlines, and responsibilities across project stakeholders.
