What you will do

• Apply complete vehicle paint finishes, including color matching and paint mixing.
• Perform minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces.
• Prepare vehicles and maintain paint standards in line with hirify.global quality guidelines.
• Follow standardized work processes and participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, efficient working condition.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global New Associate Orientation Training for Operations.
• Meet performance standards and workstation certifications for related roles.
• Read, interpret, and accurately record data while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate color discernment and paint application skills.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection; clean-shaven status is required to use a half-face respirator.
