What you will do

• Own and evolve the workspace narrative and messaging strategy in alignment with product strategy, audience needs, and business priorities.
• Analyze audience mindsets across divisions and tailor messaging and storytelling to support adoption.
• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks for feature communications, storytelling assets, and audience-specific positioning.
• Build and manage a centralized library of narrative resources, including talking points, feature benefits, reports, demos, and success stories.
• Partner with research, product, divisional stakeholders, and the broader marketing team to shape high-level strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong audience insight and the ability to identify differences in customer needs, motivations, and mindsets.
• Expertise in communications and narrative strategy, ideally in the technology space.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for translating complex concepts into compelling narratives.
• Strong collaboration, alignment-building, and influencing skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
