Location: Hybrid in Sandy Springs, Georgia, United States, with extensive travel including overseas
Salary: $24.24–$30.29 per hour

What you will do
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical, soft-skill, skill-builder, member-service, and ad hoc training programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, product owners, operations teams, and other stakeholders to design courses and curricula.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual instructor-led training, manage participant registration and attendance, and support learning activities.
- Create training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, reference tools, and course content through production.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and trainee performance, provide feedback, and recommend program improvements.
- Analyze operational processes, identify training and organizational needs, and act as a subject matter expert on business functions, systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Exposure to classroom instruction or facilitation for individuals or groups.
- Ability to organize and present information clearly, communicate effectively, and speak professionally before groups.
- Research, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to translate processes and requirements into clear, understandable materials.
- Database, presentation, word-processing, and spreadsheet software skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, adapt to fluctuating workflow, and work occasional evenings or weekends.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, training development, or a related field, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
- Experience assessing organizational training needs and researching topics for course development.
- Familiarity with Navy Federal products, services, policies, operations, and objectives.
- Familiarity with banking and financial industry standards and practices.
- Valid passport and driver's license.
