HR Training Facilitator

Location: Busch Gardens Williamsburg, United States; on-site role with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Facilitate training programs for Ambassadors across all levels and divisions.
• Coordinate the transition from orientation to department and on-the-job training for new and rehired Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with park leadership and the training manager to plan and execute training initiatives.
• Identify training needs using feedback, process changes, and other relevant sources.
• Organize and update training manuals, materials, multimedia aids, and educational content according to company policies.

Requirements

• At least two years of training experience.
• Experience managing training content in a learning management system.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating high-volume new-hire orientations.
• Background in a service-industry setting.
