Commercial Credit Development Program Associate

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 626 Washington Place. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Analyze the creditworthiness of current and prospective commercial borrowers.
• Prepare complete written credit analyses and underwriting documentation.
• Use software tools for financial spreads, risk ratings, covenant testing, cash flow, and global cash flow analysis.
• Research industries, borrowers, and economic trends to support lending decisions.
• Perform credit risk analysis for Commercial Banking, Asset Based Lending, Equipment Finance, Business Banking, and Investment Real Estate.
• Build professional relationships with experienced bankers through networking, community involvement, and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; no prior professional experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
