Group Health Center Manager RN

Location: On-site at health centers in North Chicago, Illinois

Salary: $110,600–$136,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage operations across multiple health centers and lines of service.
• Coordinate administrative and clinical staff, workflows, schedules, timecards, staffing levels, and onboarding.
• Set site-specific goals, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to appraisals and performance management.
• Identify workflow improvements, perform root cause analysis, and present action plans and recommendations.
• Oversee quality programs, AAAHC standards, infection control, patient flow, referrals, utilization, and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, expenses, supplies, equipment, medications, reports, and client communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the practicing state and current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical field and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Required experience managing a large group.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention.
• Occupational Health certification such as COHN or COHN-S may be required at some sites.
