Clinic Supervisor, RN (PACE)

Location: 702 North Azusa Avenue, West Covina, CA 91791, United States

Salary: $115,000–$132,000 per year, plus a target annual bonus of 5% and potential additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the PACE clinic and ensure high-quality care for chronic and acute needs.
• Lead nurses and medical assistants through duty assignment, shift guidance, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Manage clinic schedules, EMR scheduling and documentation, onboarding, training, and continuing education.
• Support quality initiatives, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and corrective action plans with clinic and medical leadership.
• Coordinate vendors, order supplies, and resolve facility and equipment needs.
• Provide hands-on clinical care and after-hours coverage as needed, including triage, emergency response, vaccinations, medication administration, wound care, home care, and patient education.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams, delegating tasks, and managing clinic operations.
• Experience caring for complex geriatric patients with chronic conditions.
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards, with the ability to make routine decisions and solve problems in real time.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize work, communicate effectively, and build trust within a team.
• Employment requires compliance with applicable United States work authorization verification requirements and role-specific vaccination, infection control, and PPE policies.
