Manager, Trade Emerging Markets (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work may be approved based on business requirements; the position also works on-site at the San Diego headquarters or another company location. Regular coordination with employees, clients, vendors, and stakeholders is required. Domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $115,142–$161,200–$207,257 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate Trade Relations activities during market events affecting pricing, reporting, rebate payments, formulary strategy, client communications, and downstream processes.
• Support management and execution of Trade Emerging Market products and strategies by tracking milestones, decisions, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Evaluate and communicate operational, financial, reporting, rebate, and formulary implications of market developments.
• Monitor market event inputs, assumptions, decisions, risks, and action items across impacted teams.
• Develop and maintain repeatable processes, trackers, communication templates, and escalation paths.
• Prepare status updates and impact documentation while coordinating stakeholders and supporting timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of subject matter expertise in the relevant area; 3 years preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, or an approved hirify.global experience and leadership training alternative.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical manufacturers, rebates, pricing, formulary strategy, market access, and emerging market products.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools, data extracts, SQL, Access, Salesforce, or workflow and database applications is preferred.
