[Aug/Sept 2026 Start Date] Finance and Accounting Internship

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Join the Finance & Accounting department in a finance division such as Brand, Corporate FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Shared Services Finance, or R&D Finance.
• Own, lead, and deliver an individual business project throughout the internship.
• Develop new approaches to complex business problems using creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking.
• Collaborate with people across different backgrounds, levels, and markets.
• Present project work to senior executives during midpoint and final presentations.

Requirements

• Available to start on August 15 or September 1, 2026; the start date cannot be deferred.
• Current university student, preferably with less than one to two years remaining before graduation.
• Available for a full-time internship of 8 hours per day, three days onsite and two days from home each week.
• Open to voluntary or required internships; voluntary interns must have 12 units or fewer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, partnership, collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
