Finance Intern - Global Intercompany

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines

What you will do

• Prepare, validate, and analyze intercompany transactions and reports.
• Support reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with month-end close activities.
• Gather financial data, maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, dashboard creation, and reporting improvements.
• Support SharePoint, website, intranet, and team collaboration content initiatives while working with global finance teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Good academic standing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Available for the January–May 2027 internship in Manila, Philippines.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with website development, SharePoint design, or content management.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, or automation tools.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
