What you will do
- Support Finance & Accounting managers with transactional accounting and operational processing.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounting and non-Finance & Accounting owners and managers in Manila and other regions.
- Interact with and manage third parties, including vendors, suppliers, IBM, and HP.
- Handle confidential data and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Perform administrative, technical, and operational tasks across finance and related business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or another relevant field with demonstrated accounting, finance, or mathematics knowledge.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-driven, adaptable, customer-service oriented, and able to learn new applications.
- Flexible working hours and the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals in a changing environment.
