Senior Business Solutions Architect (CRM Analytics)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada; fully remote from a home office.

Annual salary: CAD 130,000–135,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex challenges into scalable analytics solutions.
• Architect and deliver Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks.
• Use Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, and related technologies to improve commercial performance and operational effectiveness.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, implementation, governance, and stakeholder adoption for analytics initiatives.
• Establish CRM Analytics development standards, conduct solution reviews, and mentor developers and analysts.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and improve enterprise reporting and data architecture capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including enterprise data modeling, dashboard development, data visualization, and solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Oracle, and other ERP or CRM platforms.
• Experience leading complex analytics initiatives, providing technical direction, mentoring, and communicating with business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Python and Pandas for data analysis, automation, and analytics development.
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud data and analytics platforms.
• Git, GitHub, and version control practices for collaborative analytics development.
