Senior Business Solutions Architect (Salesforce CRM Analytics)

Location: London, Ontario, Canada; fully remote from home. The role is part of the Global Commercial Operations & Enablement organization located in Concord, Canada.

Annual salary: CAD 130,000–135,000, plus bonus/incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex challenges into scalable enterprise analytics solutions.
• Architect and deliver Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, recipes, dashboards, data models, reporting frameworks, and Power BI solutions.
• Lead analytics initiatives across solution architecture, technical design, implementation, governance, and stakeholder adoption.
• Set CRM Analytics development standards, provide architectural guidance, conduct solution reviews, and mentor developers and analysts.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and improve business processes, enterprise reporting, data architecture, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, translating complex challenges into analytics solutions, and bridging business and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including enterprise data modeling, dashboard development, data visualization, and solution design across multiple business functions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, dimensional data modeling, and enterprise analytics architecture.
• Experience using data from Salesforce, Oracle, and other ERP/CRM platforms to deliver scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Experience leading complex analytics initiatives, providing technical direction and mentorship, and communicating complex concepts to business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Python and Pandas experience for data analysis, automation, and analytics solution development.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or other cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Git/GitHub and version control best practices supporting collaborative analytics development.
