Manager, Talent Assessments (AI)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Home Office four days per week

Annual salary: $86,800–$138,900, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

Large used-car retailer focused on transparent vehicle purchasing and enterprise-wide talent development.

What you will do

• Execute enterprise-wide talent selection strategies aligned with business goals and hiring needs.
• Design, update, and implement structured interview guides, case studies, and assessment tools.
• Lead large-scale selection initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, technology implementations, and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with external vendors on validation studies, product evaluations, and assessment implementation.
• Support AI and automation integration across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.
• Analyze aggregate assessment trends, prepare recommendations, and develop communication, training, and documentation materials.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field, or five years of experience with psychometric assessments.
• At least four years of experience in talent assessment, talent development, or talent management.
• Strong internal consulting, stakeholder influence, project management, and execution skills.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Two to three years of consulting experience.
• One to two years of data analysis experience focused on workplace assessment trends and business impact.
• Experience with assessment validation, external vendors, cross-functional Technology and Legal teams, AI, or automation.
