Talent M&A Manager (Location Flexible)

Location: Open to any of hirify.global's US-based markets; in-person attendance is required when business needs, collaboration, client service, development, or travel warrant it.

Salary: $95,400–$163,900 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage HR activities throughout M&A due diligence, integration, transition, and divestiture processes.
• Review transaction data and compare policies, philosophies, compliance requirements, and talent practices between firms.
• Identify potential deal breakers, employee transition risks, role redundancies, and performance-related concerns, partnering with leadership and centers of excellence on solutions.
• Build and execute project plans, manage multiple workstreams, track milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the deal team, talent organization, centers of excellence, and merging-firm leadership.
• Coordinate communications, offer-letter delivery, announcements, employee events, process documentation, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Human Resources Business Partner background with experience managing simultaneous initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, integrative thinking, attention to detail, and risk-management skills.
• Experience using data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to build relationships, coach cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of talent processes including performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
• Ability to work during non-standard business hours when required by the global nature of M&A activities.
