Planning Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, Nebraska, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under applicable export-control regulations.

A Fortune 1,000 manufacturer of discrete semiconductors, resistors, and passive electronic components serving automotive, industrial, computing, telecommunications, military, aerospace, and medical markets.

What you will do

• Schedule resistor product lines and maintain lead times based on current production capacities.
• Monitor sales, orders, and reports for assigned product lines.
• Coordinate order scheduling, capacities, and lead-time planning.
• Balance product loading across multiple plants to improve resource utilization and efficiency.
• Work with production teams on escalations and expedite requests.
• Analyze finished-goods inventory and coordinate planning projects and team workload.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience, including five years of manufacturing planning experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and analysis tools used by manufacturing teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements, such as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
