Club Manager (Retail)

Location: Mechanicsville, Virginia, United States; onsite retail club role with open shift availability required.

Salary: $100,000–$137,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead club operations, profitability, sales volume, and member experience.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team while building a strong leadership bench.
• Set direction, communicate priorities, validate results, and provide actionable feedback.
• Control operating costs, improve efficiencies, and implement concepts that maximize profitability.
• Monitor competition, retail trends, productivity, shrink, turnover, audits, and other performance targets.
• Coordinate warehouse management and communicate operational results with the Home Office.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Proven leadership experience managing or supervising cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, shrink control, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Open shift availability and onsite work in Mechanicsville, Virginia are required.
• At least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or college degree is preferred.
