Senior Brand & Consumer Advisor with German

Location: Bucharest office, Romania; hybrid work-from-home/work-from-office option

Language bonus: 1,800 RON gross per month

What you will do

• Understand consumer concerns and respond with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage complaints and collaborate with team leaders to resolve cases promptly.
• Document consumer cases accurately and ensure consumers remain informed.
• Suggest process improvements that enhance the consumer journey and streamline care services.
• Attend training sessions and support the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proven experience in customer service, consumer care, or complaint handling.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate in a team while working independently.
• Full-time availability requires 8 hours per day; part-time requires at least 4 hours per day. Part-time employees must complete full-time training during the first two months.
