Customer Service Professional with German

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions for service and repair orders, confirmations, and status updates.
• Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate purchase orders and delivery timelines with suppliers.
• Follow up proactively with customers and suppliers and resolve service-related challenges with local partners.
• Maintain CRM records, register pre-sales and sales tickets, and provide administrative support for customer claims.
• Support colleagues during absences and contribute to service process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales-related roles.
• Business proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams with Planner, and intermediate Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and communicate openly and transparently.
• Degree in Economics, Business, or a technical field is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Interest in process improvement and innovation.
