Brand & Consumer Junior Advisor with German

Location: Bucharest Intelligence Hub, Romania; hybrid work model with 3 days per week from the office

Starting salary: 9,200 RON gross/month for full-time work, prorated for part-time, plus a prorated 13th salary, vacation bonus, and 1,800 RON gross/month rare-language benefit for full-time work, prorated for part-time.

What you will do

• Represent consumer goods brands and provide advisor-level support to German-speaking consumers.
• Handle consumer inquiries through written communication and phone interactions.
• Listen to consumer concerns empathetically and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with team leaders to deliver timely solutions and keep consumers informed.
• Maintain accurate case records and suggest improvements to the consumer support journey.
• Participate in training and support the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Students in at least the second year of a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient verbal and written German is required.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for consumer care, and a genuine desire to help.
• Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
• Availability of 8 hours per day for full-time work or at least 4 hours per day for part-time work.
• Part-time hires must follow a full-time training schedule during the first two months.
