Sr Dir Corporate Strategy

Location: United States

Salary: $207,400–$296,000 base pay annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Shape enterprise strategy and the multi-year strategic agenda for a $5B+ global business.
• Advise the Executive Committee and functional leaders on complex, ambiguous, high-stakes decisions.
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements across market entry, product and portfolio strategy, operating models, growth acceleration, and strategic alliances.
• Identify and activate opportunities to accelerate growth, improve competitiveness, expand margins, and strengthen enterprise value.
• Set analytical approaches involving market sizing, scenario modeling, business cases, primary research, and synthesis of imperfect data.
• Build alignment across functions, communicate recommendations to executives and boards, and lead, coach, and develop strategy talent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, business operations, product strategy, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, workforce management, AI-enabled software, or an adjacent technology market.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior executive leaders and owning enterprise-level strategy engagements from problem definition through activation.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities, including market sizing, scenario analysis, business cases, financial modeling, and primary research.
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, relationship-building, influencing, and people leadership skills.
• MBA or another relevant graduate degree is preferred.
