eCOA Team Lead, Linguistic Validation & Electronic Implementation

Location: Remote or office in Prague, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Madrid, Reading, or Gdansk.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and specialists through performance reviews, coaching, development planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Oversee linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects, monitoring quality, timelines, budgets, KPIs, risks, escalations, SOP adherence, and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a senior escalation point, and provide strategic guidance in client meetings.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Business Development, Production, and Technology teams.
• Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, budgets, forecasts, utilization, change orders, scope, invoicing readiness, and revenue recognition milestones.
• Support audit readiness, CAPA implementation, process standardization, documentation improvements, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including management of project teams within Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related service environments.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes assessments, linguistic validation, localization, or related healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies.
• Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, eObsRO, or related electronic clinical technologies.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to interpret revenue, margin, forecasting, and resource utilization data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
