eCOA Team Lead, Linguistic Validation & Electronic Implementation (eCOA): Leading multilingual linguistic validation and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment implementation projects for global clinical trials with an accent on people management, operational oversight, client engagement, and financial accountability. Focus on managing project quality, timelines, budgets, regulatory compliance, stakeholder escalations, and continuous process improvement.
Location: Prague, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Madrid, Reading, or Gdansk; remote or office work

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and specialists, including performance reviews, coaching, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Oversee linguistic validation and eCOA implementation projects, monitoring quality, timelines, budgets, KPIs, risks, and escalations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide senior guidance on project delivery.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Business Development, Production, and Technology teams.
- Monitor revenue, margin, profitability, forecasts, utilization, change orders, scope, invoicing readiness, and revenue recognition milestones.
- Support audit readiness, CAPA implementation, process standardization, documentation, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Translation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience, including management of project teams in Life Sciences, eCOA, localization, or related services.
- Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes assessments, linguistic validation, localization, or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of translation and linguistic validation methodologies.
- Knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, eClinRO, eObsRO, or related electronic clinical technologies.
- Strong analytical, business, communication, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in global cross-functional environments.
