Senior Decentralized Clinical Trial Study Lead (DCT)

What you will do

• Lead the strategic development and delivery of decentralized and hybrid clinical trials in line with contracts, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Oversee DCT project delivery, serve as the primary contact for key customer stakeholders, and manage customer relationships.
• Set objectives, coordinate cross-functional study teams, monitor performance, and support milestone achievement.
• Manage project risks, issues, contingencies, corrective and preventive action plans, and scope changes.
• Monitor project financials, resource allocation, profitability, milestones, and revenue opportunities.
• Contribute to bid defense activities, staff development, training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical research experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably in clinical research.
• Broad knowledge of decentralized clinical trials, clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local regulations and guidelines.
• Good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Experience managing project financials, contractual obligations, risks, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience setting up or implementing new technology platforms or systems.
• Broad therapeutic or protocol knowledge.
• Understanding of the competitive environment and the value of clinical research solutions.
