Maintenance Technician I (Automotive Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates an automotive seating plant at the primary location of Bridgewater Interiors II.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machinery, and other mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, and electrical conduit.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, replace defective parts, test repairs, and make approved machinery modifications.
• Install and repair electrical equipment while maintaining accurate maintenance and preventive maintenance records.
• Maintain 5S standards and stop the production line when safety or quality issues arise.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Skilled manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
• Experience supporting maintenance in a large production facility is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds.
• Availability to work any shift; multiple openings are available across all shifts.
