Director, Rebate Analytics (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: On-site at the San Diego Headquarters or another company location; remote work may be available with management approval based on business requirements. Domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $155,380–$287,451 annually.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide rebate analytics, pricing models, and financial strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as an executive subject matter expert on rebate economics, pricing strategy, financial analytics, and client reporting methodologies.
• Advise leadership on pricing models, methodologies, assumptions, financial performance, and market competitiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Trade Relations, Clinical, Finance, Product, Technology, and Client Management teams.
• Consult with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners on pricing methodologies, rebate performance, financial results, and market trends.
• Direct, mentor, and develop an analytics organization while supporting business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12 years of related experience, including 10 years as a subject matter expert in the relevant area.
• 8 years of supervisory experience, or the specified equivalent hirify.global leadership pathway.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Moderate experience with SQL, database applications, financial modeling tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise project tracking tools.
• Executive communication skills and demonstrated experience developing financial strategies.
