Project Manager, Production - Boston Region

Location: Dedham, Massachusetts, United States; work includes event venues, offices, multiple locations, irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and travel of up to 50%.

Salary: $80,926.00–$105,204.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage project scope, technical production schedules, labor plans, resources, documentation, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, clients, vendors, venue partners, and project management teams to define technical requirements.
• Lead onsite event execution from load-in through the run of show and load-out, including schedule, equipment, workforce, and inventory changes.
• Act as the onsite client contact, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project budgets, event costs, external workforce, sub-rentals, billing changes, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers and event team members and contribute to production standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in the corporate staging or broadcast industry; project management experience preferred.
• Strong technical background, communication, client relationship, logistics, budget, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex functions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office experience required; technical diagram experience preferred.
• Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including frequent lifting and carrying of up to 15 lbs and occasional lifting and carrying of 16–50 lbs.
