Location: New York, New York or Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices, and travel to global offices is required as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Provide technology expertise and ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Drive delivery methodology to keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Develop business cases with clients and support innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives.
• Guide, coach, and mentor project team members while managing virtual global teams and multiple projects.
• Collaborate with internal experts and clients to drive innovation, reduce project risks, and ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and cloud platforms.
• Strong project management, supervisory, coaching, communication, facilitation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English and readiness to work in a hybrid model from New York or Boston with required business travel.
