Production Supervisor - Blending, Encapsulation, and Washroom

Location: Clackamas, Oregon, USA; onsite work required during the designated shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. The exempt/salaried role supports a 24/5 plant and may exceed 40 hours based on business needs.

Salary: USD 61,558–87,940 per year

What you will do

• Supervise production employees and temporary staff across blending, encapsulation, and washroom operations.
• Ensure production processes, equipment use, sanitation, safety, and facility standards comply with cGMP requirements.
• Review work orders, batch records, logs, and other production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Work with quality control to identify, document, and resolve production and quality issues, including out-of-specification conditions.
• Monitor supplies, production orders, schedules, and shift performance to support production targets.
• Train team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives and task forces.

Requirements

• College degree or five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite at the Clackamas location during the assigned shift; drug screening, background check, and job-related cGMP tests and certifications are required.
