Associate Director, AI Next Frontiers for Patient Engagements (AI)

Location: Based in Titusville, New Jersey, United States; up to 15% domestic travel required. Hybrid role.

Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead the AI transformation and execution roadmap for patient support services across key therapeutic areas.
• Own AI/ML products supporting patient support services, including Patient Engagement.AI.
• Collaborate with patient experience, sales and marketing, media, analytics, data science, engineering, IT, and senior leadership teams.
• Identify and quantify problems across the patient journey to improve therapy initiation and adherence.
• Evaluate healthcare datasets and methodologies to strengthen predictive capabilities.
• Establish measurement frameworks, conduct A/B testing, ensure privacy and compliance, and drive adoption of AI solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience managing an annual budget exceeding $2 million.
• Experience integrating and analyzing healthcare claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Copilot, with examples of improving efficiency, delivery speed, or output quality.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead and develop teams, and drive adoption of AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with predictive analytics and machine learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience driving sustained usage of AI solutions in the field.
• Strong coaching skills, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
