Manager Advanced Analytics (AI/ML)

Location: Philadelphia, PA — Remote/Home-Based; US-based candidates only. The role requires 20–30% travel.

Base salary: $128,000–$192,000 per year for US-based candidates, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain analytical models for segmentation, propensity analysis, channel attribution, and standardized omnichannel performance measurement.
• Translate advanced analytics into actionable performance insights that optimize omnichannel investment decisions and commercial outcomes.
• Transition recurring analyses into scalable, reusable capabilities and data pipelines.
• Monitor delivery progress and quality, identify risks and issues, and communicate dependencies to the team lead.
• Partner with analytics leaders, cross-functional analytics teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate data inputs, handoffs, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI/ML modeling within commercial or marketing analytics.
• Experience with data science methodologies, AI/ML modeling, and tools such as Gemini, SageMaker, and Amazon Q.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights across franchises and markets.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance requirements, and operational controls in regulated industries.
• Experience working in Agile environments and capability-based operating models.

• Advanced degree, MBA, or relevant graduate degree.
