Adjunct Faculty: CID-CBE MS Organizational Leadership

East Texas A&M University’s College of Innovation and Design delivers competency-based education programs and online orientation courses.

What you will do

• Teach three semester credit hours per 7-week term in a fully online competency-based education format.
• Support CBE orientation courses and monitor undergraduate-level orientation courses.
• Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours and provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments.
• Facilitate courses according to the standard syllabus provided by the Assistant Dean.
• Develop and maintain syllabi, course content, question libraries, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide weekly course status reports to advisors and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in organizational leadership or a closely related field with 18 hours in the subject area, or a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a terminal degree in a closely related field.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work cooperatively, and work with minimal supervision.
• Availability for work after business hours and on weekends.
• Official transcripts are required upon acceptance of a verbal offer; international transcripts must be translated and evaluated by an approved credential evaluator.
