Telecom Logistics Manager (Optical Cable)

Location: Yixing, China; based on site as part of the China Supply Chain team

What you will do

• Own department-level Safety, Health & Environmental management, including safety education, PPE compliance, hazard prevention, incident response, and root-cause investigations.
• Track production, sales, and inventory plans against the monthly S&OP schedule.
• Coordinate end-to-end freight transportation and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery.
• Manage packaging, domestic shipments, export shipments, customs declarations, clearance, and related import processing trade activities for optical cables.
• Maintain logistics, import/export, and inventory transactions and data in SAP.
• Lead inventory control, logistics cost monitoring, continuous improvement, and day-to-day team operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of logistics management experience, including at least 3 years in manufacturing logistics.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, the logistics market, and international procurement and logistics trade processes.
• Strong business negotiation and communication skills.
• Good business English communication skills required.
