Finance Systems Analyst

Location: Washington, DC, United States; the role may require work at any of the firm's offices and includes occasional overtime and out-of-hours support for global users.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Los Angeles. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical and functional support for global Finance users across Elite 3E, Intapp, Emburse, OneStream, e-billing, and related applications.
• Maintain application configurations, core setups, user access, and technical and functional documentation.
• Test and support the development, enhancement, and production deployment of new finance system functionality.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting using MDX, Excel, SQL, Analysis Services, SSRS, and vendor dashboards.
• Provide month-end Finance support and participate in rotating month-end closing and out-of-hours support schedules.
• Manage mini-projects and coordinate with Finance, Technology, vendors, lawyers, partners, and senior management.

Requirements

• Three to five years of relevant finance systems experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Understanding of accounting systems, including multi-company and multi-currency environments.
• Strong analytical, technical, report-writing, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and supporting business users.
• Flexibility to work overtime and scheduled out-of-hours support for global users is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced T-SQL and knowledge of the core Elite 3E data structure.
• Reporting Services, SSAS/MDX, e-billing, OneStream, and VB.NET experience.
• Legal or professional services sector background.
