What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems.
• Translate business and legal workflows into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, software engineers, architects, and technology partners.
• Build software components and integrations using C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, React, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Configure and support AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agent workflows with orchestration frameworks.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications in a professional environment.
• Experience with Python, C#, TypeScript, or similar modern programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, application integrations, and structured SDLC practices.
• Exposure to LLMs, agent-based systems, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or LlamaIndex.
