Salary: $77,500.00β$176,000.00 (annualized USD)

What you will do
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain AI models that learn from data.
- Define the direction of mission-critical solutions using agentic frameworks.
- Develop and deploy AI-enabled applications including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Build secure enterprise data foundations on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to enable reuse across teams.
- Design event-driven integrations and workflow automation (asynchronous messaging, audit logging) to move from insight to action.
- Apply MLOps/DevSecOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and model evaluation.
Requirements
- 2+ years building production-grade software in Python, TypeScript, or Java with APIs and data services (FastAPI, Flask, REST, GraphQL, or SQL).
- Experience developing and deploying AI-enabled applications such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience building secure data foundations on enterprise cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) including governed ingest/file exchange, data catalog/metadata, and data mesh-style data products.
- Ability to design event-driven integrations and workflow automation (asynchronous messaging, audit logging).
- Ability to implement MLOps or DevSecOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, model evaluation).
- Secret clearance is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with geospatial/3D data (point clouds, LiDAR, photogrammetry) or digital-twin/facility and asset data models.
- Experience integrating sensor streams/IoT telemetry and edge-to-cloud flows (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or equivalent).
- Experience deploying in disconnected, air-gapped, or classified environments.
- Experience with RMF or STIG-aligned delivery.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and secure-by-design patterns.
