Location: Cleveland and Akron, Ohio, United States; residence in or ability to relocate to the assigned geographic region required. Frequent travel within the U.S., including overnight and weekend travel, is required.

Salary: $54,000–$87,400 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Guide and assist surgeons in operating rooms by providing clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical cases.
  • Represent the company independently during surgeries and ensure the correct equipment is available and functioning.
  • Troubleshoot physician and hospital needs, handle billing requests, and build or close purchase orders.
  • Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
  • Consult with operating rooms and sterile processing departments while maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
  • Track, maintain, deploy, and transport instruments, implants, and equipment across hospitals and sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/medical certification with at least two years of professional experience, or at least four years of professional experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
  • Residence in or ability to relocate to the assigned geographic region and ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating-room environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical-thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and basic knowledge of surgery.

Nice to have

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
