Salary: $54,000–$87,400 base pay annually

What you will do

  • Guide and assist surgeons in operating rooms during orthopedic surgical cases.
  • Represent the company independently during surgeries and ensure required equipment is available and functioning.
  • Address physician and hospital requests, troubleshoot issues, and manage billing and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, tracking, deployment, and movement of instruments, implants, and equipment.
  • Provide operating room and sterile processing department consultation.
  • Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree or medical certification with at least two years of professional experience, or at least four years of professional experience; recently transitioned active military personnel may also qualify.
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States, including frequent overnight and weekend travel.
  • Residence in or ability to relocate to the geographic region assigned by the company.
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and operating room environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, critical-thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, accuracy, and independent-working skills, with knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgery.

  • Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions.
