Compensation Specialist

What you will do

• Conduct compensation market pricing and benchmarking using external survey data.
• Analyze internal compensation data for trends, pay equity, and salary structure alignment.
• Support base pay, incentive, bonus, salary review, merit planning, and bonus payout programs.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on offers, promotions, job leveling, and compensation decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation insights and workforce trends.
• Support compensation audits, data validation, regulatory compliance, and program improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of pay equity, pay transparency regulations, compensation principles, job evaluation, and salary structures.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in the EPC industry.
• Experience with compensation planning tools and market pricing surveys such as Mercer, Radford, or Willis Towers Watson.
