What you will do

• Partner with business and HR leaders to develop proactive staffing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Analyze recruiting, retention, quality-of-hire, pipeline, sourcing, and hiring data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies, including sourcing channels, talent pipelines, recruiting campaigns, community partnerships, and employment branding.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, interviewing, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the Talent Acquisition team while setting priorities and driving accountability.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities and personally manage selected corporate, leadership, critical, and hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the role satisfactorily.
• Knowledge and skills required to lead talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations.
• Experience analyzing recruiting and talent data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to guide candidate screening, interviews, assessments, pre-employment checks, offers, and selection processes.
