What you will do

- Manage homogeneous teams and adapt departmental plans to meet short-term operational objectives.
- Address resource and operational challenges through departmental planning and prioritization.
- Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems while considering their broader departmental impact.
- Guide stakeholders toward different points of view and remain accountable for team performance and results.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree required.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Excellent English skills required.
- Based in or able to work from Thomastown, VIC, Australia.
