Member Service Representative (Full-Time) – D'Iberville

Location: On-site in D'Iberville, Mississippi, United States. The role is based at 3821-E Promenade Parkway and may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $19.38–$22.50 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and related member products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and strengthen member relationships.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate research, analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies and change initiatives.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with members and colleagues.
• Be available Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
