Universal Direct Banker (Banking)

Salary: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Handle high-volume customer inquiries by telephone, email, and live chat.
• Provide product and service information and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Research questions, identify solutions and alternatives, implement resolutions, and escalate unresolved problems.
• Capture accurate case details and respond to secure and unsecure email inquiries.
• Learn and apply job-related procedures correctly while meeting regulatory timelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Banking or call center experience is highly preferred.
• Employment is subject to credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
• Applicants must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify.
