Customer Experience Banker - North Academy (CO Springs, CO) (Banking)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and provide accurate, efficient banking transactions.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through sales processes, follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, mobile tools, and online banking.
• Resolve customer issues and refer customers to other areas of the bank.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, communication, presentation, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks required under NMLS regulations.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Immigration benefit and work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
