Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

What you will do

• Create and maintain quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for company revenue and expenses.
• Manage the weekly flash process and prepare Gross Margin, SG&A, and performance analyses for leadership.
• Lead the annual Long Range Planning process and produce sales, profitability, segment, and brand models.
• Prepare materials for business reviews, leadership meetings, earnings preparation, financial reporting, and Board meetings.
• Analyze business investments, M&A, joint ventures, contract renewals, and profit or cost-reduction opportunities.
• Coach and develop an FP&A Analyst while managing timely and accurate delivery of team responsibilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, public accounting, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion and SAP financial systems.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to quantify, interpret, and communicate financial forecasts and results.
