Finance Manager, Franchise Finance (FP&A and Financial Consolidation): Leading forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and consolidated reporting for a multi-brand restaurant franchise platform with an accent on executive reporting, financial systems, and data integrity. Focus on analyzing business performance, improving reporting frameworks, partnering across finance functions, and guiding analysts.
Location: Atlanta Support Center, United States; onsite 5 days per week

What you will do
- Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for the franchise business in partnership with brand finance teams.
- Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, presentations, and quarterly business review materials.
- Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support enterprise reporting and financial planning in collaboration with Corporate FP&A and Treasury.
- Build expertise in financial systems, metadata, and hierarchies to support consolidation and reporting.
- Guide senior analysts and analysts while improving reporting processes, data quality, and best practices.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, or related roles.
- Experience with consolidated forecasts, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical ability, and attention to data accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle ePBCS, Hyperion, Workforce Management, or similar planning and reporting tools.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or another advanced finance or accounting credential.
- Experience in a multi-unit, multi-brand, franchise, retail, hospitality, or restaurant environment.
- Experience partnering with Accounting on monthly close, receivables, and bad debt reporting.
- Previous people leadership or informal team leadership experience.
