Shared Services Financial Analyst

Location: Onsite five days per week at the Atlanta Support Center, United States

What you will do

• Execute the G&A annual budgeting process and partner with Shared Services teams to capture and manage requests.
• Perform monthly variance analyses for G&A spending and explain material variances for business reviews.
• Support the preparation and collection of information for periodic forecasts.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for Finance leadership to improve business performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Identify process improvements and ensure accurate, timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Provide finance support and service to business partners and Finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Planning & Analysis.
• Strong finance, project or capital assessment, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects under time constraints.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week at the Atlanta Support Center.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience in a multi-brand corporate or Shared Services environment.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and SmartView.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint.
