Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity) - State of Washington

Location: Preferred base in Washington State or within commuting distance of Olympia, Washington; remote position with hybrid work mode.

Salary: $85K+ annually

What you will do

• Advise strategic customers, map business use cases to platform capabilities, and lead complex configurations and API integrations.
• Conduct value audits, demonstrate ROI, and translate compliance frameworks and technical findings into business value for executive stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback into product requirements and partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
• Lead beta programs, business reviews, executive briefings, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Support renewals, monitor adoption, identify churn risks, and lead critical issue resolution as the primary technical contact for CISOs.

Requirements

• Based in Washington State or within commuting distance of Olympia, Washington.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with significant cybersecurity experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience working with high-growth technology companies and large-scale industrial or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and security infrastructure.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives.
