Supervisor, Configuration Services (Pharmacy Benefits)

Location: San Diego, California, United States. The role works on-site at the San Diego Headquarters or another company location, with remote work possible only with management approval. Domestic travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $75,182–$131,569 annually.

What you will do

• Supervise Configuration Specialists and Analysts developing, implementing, and maintaining client-specific pharmacy benefit designs.
• Lead daily configuration operations, including benefit change requests, service delivery, quality standards, and task management.
• Ensure configuration deliverables are accurate, timely, within budget, and compliant with client service agreements.
• Build client relationships, resolve escalated service issues, and coordinate with client-facing teams and internal business units.
• Represent Configuration Services on project teams and client meetings, and support new business, product offerings, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and support enhancements to POS logic, automated benefits processes, and Salesforce.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or the specified internal hirify.global leadership development alternative.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
• Experience with business software applications and working knowledge of SQL, Oracle-based platforms, Golden 32, and MedAccess or a similar database system.
• Knowledge of POS claims adjudication, pharmacy benefit design, and formulary maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
