Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, plans, timelines, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and communicate status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide technical guidance to project team members and engage customers through scheduled updates.
• Control scope creep against the original contract and ensure compliance with project management processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of project management tools, PDM systems, and ERP systems.
• Fluent English required; a valid driver’s license with no major violations is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong to expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web browsers.
